The hotel and its concept tells a story about two brothers - Franz and Ferdinand - who followed two different lives: one moved to the city and lived his life there, the other one stayed in the mountains with skiing and hiking. So, the two brothers combined in this hotel with two interconnected buildings their two lifestyles and two philosophies: the "mountain style" can be found in the climbing and boulder wall as well as in the sports equipment rooms for each and every room. The "cosmopolitan lifestyle" can be found in the modern design of the rooms, the unique disco sauna and the rich Alpe-Adria buffet.

Location:
The hotel is located in Troepolach, directly at the valley station of the skilift 'Millenium Express'. The slope ends directly opposite of the hotel (ski in/out). The bus from/to Hermagor stops 100m from the hotel.

The hotel was completely renovated and reopened with a new concept in winter 2017-18.

The hotel accommodates 144 rooms on four floor in two buildings which are connected to each other.

SGL Cosy: 19 sqm, for 1 person.

DBL M: 21 sqm, for 2 persons. Shower cabin integrated in bedroom; WC and washbasin separate; anteroom with sports equipment storage.

DBL M+: 24 sqm, for 2 persons. Shower cabin and washbasin integrated in the bedroom; separate WC; anteroom with sports equipment storage.

DBL L: 29 sqm, for 2-4 persons. Bathroom with shower/WC, pullout couch for 2 persons.

DBL XL: 34 sqm, for 2-4 persons. Bathroom with shower/WC, sleeping- and living area separated by wall (but without door), pullout couch for 2 persons.
