The holiday village is very calmly located on the East Coast of Sicily, between Siracusa (30 km) and Catania (50 km). The holiday village is separated by a small fjord from the centre of Brucoli, which can be reached within 2-3 minutes thanks to a boat shuttle service (against payment). Otherwise, a walk of about 3,5 km would take approx. 40 minutes.

The holiday village was built in 1972 and is last renovated in 2016.

The holiday village represents a modern archtectonical complex in mediterranean design featuring a main building and several side wings of one or two floors degradating slowly to the coast. They are all interconnected through wooden bridges and flowered patios. In total, the holiday village features 448 rooms.
